    INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 D. Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code)
    Pursuant to art. 13 D. Decree 196/2003 (the Act) and in relation to personal data of which the Bazu Travel Srl is or will possess, we inform you of the following.
    1. Aims and data processing.
    Treatment is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the reservation and to be made available as a holiday home and for obligations (signing the contract, tax notices, etc.).
    2. Methods of processing data
    a) The treatment is performed by means of the transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4, paragraph 1, lett. a) the TU, and in particular by: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
    b) The operations can be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated means.
    c) The processing is done by the owner and / or the processor.
    3. Provision of data
    The provision of personal data common (general, home, home, home address, contact information) is strictly necessary for carrying out the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
    4. Refusal to provide data.
    Any refusal by the individual to give personal data referred to in paragraph 3 makes it impossible to perform the activities referred to in paragraph 1.
    5. Data Communication
    Personal data may be disclosed to those responsible for treatment and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to the owners and / or holders of the property granted as a holiday home and / or employees who perform or provide ancillary services associated with the 'use of the room used as a holiday home and, in general, to all those to whom disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1.
    6. Dissemination of data
    Except as provided in paragraph 5, the personal data are not subject to disclosure.
    7. Transfer of Data Abroad
    Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.
    8. Rights.
    Article. 7 of T.U. gives the exercise of certain rights, including the right to obtain, from the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their provision in an intelligible form, you have the right to know the origin data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the holder and subject to which the data can be communicated, the party has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration data, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of this Act, the holder has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data.
    9. The owner of the
    Owner and manager of the treatment is Dr. Simon Raccah, domiciled for the purposes of the obligations in question, at the headquarters of Bazu Travel Srl in Rome, Via del Giuba 9.     Apartments

    All our structures are in perfect conditions. They are provided with bed linen, towels and other facilities which are detailed in the illustrated card. The number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of guests indicated on the voucher and agreed at the time of the booking. The accommodation must be left in same condition as was upon arrival, except to normal use of everyday material: sheets, towels, toilet paper etc.Back

    Reservation

    To book an apartment an account payment of 20% is required. It can be made by credit card - Paypal or wired bank transfer. The account payment for the booking involves reading, acceptance and approval of the conditions. Back

    How to book an apartment

    The reservation can be made in two ways:
    • - on line with an immediate confirmation
    • - with the assistance of an operator by filling in and sending the relative enquiry form
    In the first case, after selecting the apartment, please click on "BOOK" and follow the guided procedure. In the second case, after selecting the apartment, please click on "ASK FOR INFO", fill in the enquiry form and send it to us. An operator will promptly answer and assist you.Back

    Confirmation of the booking

    As soon as the account payment has been received, Rent in Rome will immediately send you a voucher with all the information regarding your booking such as: total amount, amount of the account payment received, balance to be paid at the arrival, number of guests, instructions on how to reach the apartment and other useful information. A copy of the voucher must be handed over upon arrival to the key holder.Back

    Balance

    The balance of your stay must be paid in CASH to the key holder (usually the owner of the apartment).Back

    Safety deposit and refund of damages

    A safety deposit might be required for some of the apartments against eventual damages caused during the stay. If such deposit is required, it will be mentioned in the illustration card of the apartment. Please read carefully and take note of this. The safety deposit must be paid upon arrival, it will be returned at check out after checking the apartment.Back

    Check-In & Check-Out

    Check-in time is from 2:00PM - to 6:00PM, unless differently agreed. For arrivals after 8:00PM a late check-in fee will be applied**. Check-out time is not later than 11:00AM! *If the client requires an early check-in, the accommodation should be booked for the day before the arrival date. *If the client requires a late check-out, the apartment must be booked even for the day after the departure date. It is strictly required to communicate us the estimated arrival time to the apartment by e-mail or with "LOGIN" on the website. Moreover, once arrived in the city, to reconfirm the arrival time at the apartment please call one of the following numbers: + 39 0645550694 (Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM) or 39 3296656123 for arrivals after 6:00PM and on Saturday and Sunday. Communicating the arrival time is very important to arrange the meeting with the key holder. If no arrival information is communicated, NO ONE WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU to hand over the key. In case of any delay or unexpected changes in the schedule, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid inconveniences.
    In case of arrival between 6:00PM and 8:00PM there is an extra charge of € 20; for arrivals from 8:00PM to 10:00PM as well as on Sundays and Public holidays, there is an extra charge of € 35 Back

    Cancellation and refund

    In case of cancellation or changes of the reservation, you are kindly requested to write a notice immediately to Rentinitaly. The same applies for cancellation due to any reasons as well. Please check our refund policy:
    • Cancellation before 60 days from the arrival, refund of 100/100 of the deposit
    • Cancellation before 30 days from the arrival refund of 50% of the deposit
    • Cancellation within 30 day from the arrival - no refund of the deposit.Back

    Changes of booking

    In case the tenant decides to reduce the period of stay, cancellation policy will not be applied. In case the tenant will require an extension of the reservation, Rent in Rome will check availability before proceeding with the change of the reservation: if the accommodation is available you will pay the cost of the extra nights (will be calculated at the time of the renewal). Otherwise, another available accommodation can be booked.Back

    Accommodation not available

    Should the apartment you have booked become unavailable at your arrival for unforeseen reasons or events beyond our control, Rentinitaly will offer an alternative accommodation of same or superior quality as the previous one, with no extra charge. If the guest does not accept the alternative solution, the deposit payment received at the booking will be refunded 100%.Back

    Number of guests

    The apartment can be occupied only by the number of guests indicated on the reservation voucher. In case of changes, it is absolutely necessary to obtain a prior consent of the owner. If the above term is not respected, guests will be asked to immediate leave the apartment, with no refund. The person who does the booking is directly responsible towards the owner and his representative for his personal and for his group's behaviour.Back

    Contract of rental

    IDs

    it is strictly compulsory to show them for any lodging rental contract according to the Italian law. You are kindly requested to either:
    • a) send an e-mail in advance with a copy of an ID (passport) of all the persons in your group,
    • b) or make sure to bring with you a copy of an ID (passport) for all the members in your group. This is important in order to avoid any kind of inconveniences.

    Behaviour guidelines

    The tenants must comply with the condominium and public security rules. Otherwise, the owner has the right to ask the tenants to leave the property immediately. Should this occur, the tenants will lose any right and any refund of costs. For any damages caused, the owner also has the right to deduct from the deposit or from the tenants credit card the amount of the damages as well as the cost of cleaning. For any damages caused by the tenant or members of his group or to third in the apartment, the tenant will be jointly responsible together with who has caused the damage.Back

    Controversy

    Any kind of inconveniences must be communicated during the stay in order to find a prompt solution. We do not consider complains or claims after the departure.Back

    Travel and Medical insurance

    We strongly recommend you to make a travel insurance before your arrival. Please refer to the insurance companies: AIG (worldwide), Travelex, Travel and go (UK).Back
