    Colosseum

    This is one of the most important and majestic buildings made by the Romans, and definitely the most famous in the world . The Flavian Amphitheatre, this is its real name, was built by the emperor Vespasiano in 72 d.c. and completed by Tito in 80 d.c. With its capacity of 50.000 spectators, a real miracle of engineering at that time, its was used to host the biggest attraction of the city: the Games.
